I opened a ticket two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a response. I see that other users have been waiting for months. Is this the quality of service you offer? It's a huge disappointment. This will probably be the last time I buy a template from you.

I am also waiting on a reply from support for over two weeks. This is not the expected service for paid support.
