You are having this problem because the visual composer is currently not compatible with wordpress 4.3
If you want to fix this for the moment you have 2 options.
1. Downgrade WordPress to 4.2.4
2. Disable WordPress visual editor ( Go to Users > Your profile then check Disable the visual editor when writing )
