If you have created your portfolio post then you need to create the portfolio page using the portfolio module : http://thefoxwp.com/wp-content/themes/TheFox/includes/documentation/thefox_documentation.html#create-portfolio-page
Also make sure you have the required plugins installed ( visual composer and thefox custom post plugins ).
