i want to show video after user click on the image in the portfolio for detail.
When I create a new portfolio I can see there is an option to specify the video embedded code but I am not sure how to specify it.
Where should be video stored and how to specify to play that video when user click for the details on the image in the portfolio instead of showing the same image in the detail page.
Also what format is needed so video can be played on any device such as laptop , ipad , iphone etc.
Unfortunately this is not possible, you can set the video using an embed code when creating the portfolio item but there is currently not option to play the video instead of going to the project page, this is something our team is willing to add in our next update.
Using mp4 work for most devices but uploading your video to youtube or vimeo and using their embed code will make the video work on all devices.
