Prior to uploading the image after selecting the Single Image module into the box, then updated the page. The page ends up to be unfunctional as the screenshot shows, and the other screenshot shows the actual page with the error message.
This is the error that came up ON THE PAGE:
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_map_get_attributes() in /home4/wjsimpso/public_html/dev-healthcarebesmart/wp-content/themes/TheFox/vc_templates/vc_single_image.php on line 27”
Seriously, for a 4.9 rating theme on Themeforest, and you guys have this serious bug and lot of difficult framework to work with which the documentation doesn't help at all. In my professional opinion, you guys have LOT of work to do before you guys are even ready for public release with the Fox Theme. Even Swift Builder framework is much significantly easier to understand than the confusing Visual Composer.
Hello, this problem is because the visual composer version you are using is not compatible with the version of wordpress and the version of the theme you are using.
Please go to plugins and Delete the visual composer, then go to Appearance > Install plugins to install the newest version of the visual composer.
That will fix the problem you have.
The visual composer maybe hard to use first but after being used to it you should be able to create page and layout easiy.
