Hi. I purchased your theme and as you can see from the site- everything has changed www.videobop.co.uk. Unfortunately I have encountered some problems though and I wondered if you can help (I don't really know what I'm doing to be honest.
Basically the scrolling is not smooth. Its juddery and awkward. do you have any suggestions why this might be? I already wasted some money asking an envato studio guy to look at it but its just as bad- maybe worse.
If you can suggest anything that could fix it I'd rally appreciate your help please?
First, I see that you are using WordPress 4.3 but the version of the theme and of the visual composer you are using are not compatible,
Please :
- delete the visual composer
- update the theme to 1.32 ( latest version )
- go to appearance > install plugins to install the new version of the visual composer.
After you have done that, I think you are using a lot of plugins, please deactivate the plugin you don\'t use, also the smooth scrolling plugin.
We checked on our PC but your page is scrolling without problem ( the only problem is the smooth scroll plugin you are using now ).
But you are using a video and a lot of parallax background effect, so if you computer is not really a good computer the site may feel slow ( not smooth ) parallax and animation are not \"light\"
Also if you are using a ton a plugins the server will be slower too, please remove / disable the plugins you don\'t use and this should fix the problem with the page, if not then maybe a problem with your computer, disable some parallax effect may be a good idea.
