So i just setup a new live website - actually its just a throw away domain - so i can practice using/building 'The Fox' theme before i use on my main site. The theme installed and activated ok, but when I got to "Step 7 - Select all the plugin,change Bulk Actions drop to Install then click apply" ALL THE PLUGINS HAD THE SAME ERROR & DID NOT INSTALL

THE ERROR

• An error occurred while installing Contact form 7: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
• An error occurred while installing LayerSlider WP: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

etc etc - the same for all 6 plugins

Please help - how do i fix this?

Okay so I found the answer in another Support Ticket - But it wasn\'t clearly explained - so in case anyone else has the same issue here\'s what you do...

• Go to your WP Dashboard - Select/Click > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin - then select each Plugin .ZIP file required > install and activate

When you initially downloaded all the Theme files, the Plugin.Zip Files are also included and all stored on your computer in the folowing folder

Your Computer (wherever you saved the theme files).....\\The Fox\\TheFox\\includes\\plugins

So this allowed me to successfully install and activate all the plugins :-)

LAST ISSUE-QUESTION

The Layer Slider Plugin - it needs a purchase code in order for me to receive updates and support for it! What is the purchase code I enter? (see image attached)
