My first impressions of using the theme are very disappointing - so much so that I even looked up Enavato's refunds policy!
I expected your theme to be much simpler, easier, and less complicated - I expected that the 1-click demo import would be just that - 1 click and then the demo runs - minus a few copyrighted images. This is not the case! - but okay I have to setup the homepage and menu as well.
My first demo import, from the 3 options given, was the 'Classic-content' BUT i could not get the home page to load - I selected Agency 01 as the home static page - but it didn't load!!! 20 minutes of playing later - I decided to reset the database using the recommended plugin 'WordPress database reset' and try another demo import.
With the Db clean, I then imported the 'Business_content' demo - then did the necessary extra steps again of setting up homepage as static page, and selecting the 'business menu' as the main menu - so now it looked pretty much like the demo you use as seen at http://thefoxbusiness.wpengine.com/ .okay so far this time - BUT now none of the other pages, when clicked from the main navigation, will Load/Render in the Browser!? Note I am able to navigate and edit the pages inside of Wordpress! Yet when trying to view the page all I see is a Fox icon and 0% progress indicator (see attached file)
What is going on here? Why is importing demo content made so hard? Why isn't it working?
Sorry to hear that you have problem with the demo import.
I think the problem you have right now is that you imported the demo but there is a problem with the folder permission of the folder.
But there is an easy way to fix this.
Go edit the page that doesn\'t load and just click \"Update\", then you will be able to access the page from front end.
Currently all the pages are correctly imported in our wordpress dashboard, but not created in the database, so when you try to check the page it fails to load.
This should fix the problem.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have other questions.
Thanks. Okay I went through and manually clicked update for each page - and yes that worked, the pages now load.
QUESTIONS
When clicking pages from the top menu/ main navigation..I get the Fox progress circle until the page loads - WHY? and How do I stop this?
As said below I originally imported \'Classic_content\' demo then cleaned the Db to install the \'Business_content\' demo - but now the Portfolio page header nav turns dark making the logo invisible and there is a 2nd line of menu options blurring the fuirst (see attached image) why is this? - how do i fix
IF I clean the Db again and return to installing the \'Classic_content\' demo do I ALSO have to go and manually update each page so it loads in my browser? - is there a faster way becasue there were like 20+ pages in that demo
1. There is a page loader, you can deactivate it or change it from Thefox > page loader.
2. For the portfolio page, on our demo you can see that we use a slider and the header is set to transparent ( http://thefoxbusiness.wpengine.com/portfolio/ ) , so the theme is trying to use the white logo.
3. Please try to verify the folder permission of your server. Then please use the wordpress importer plugin and use the xml file we joined to this reply.

Hello Rick,
To change the header to normal, go edit the page and scroll down until you see the page options and change \"Use header transparent\" to \"No\" ( http://thefoxwp.com/wp-content/themes/TheFox/includes/documentation/thefox_documentation.html#create-page-transheader )
To set the logo go to Thefox > General settings.
3. Please try to verify the folder permission of your server. Then please use the wordpress importer plugin and use the xml file we joined to this reply.
