Unfortunately, on a mobile, the sliderimage is not showing well/completely (see attached image). Please see the link, the website is live. Can this be fixed? Strange thing is, when you turn the mobile 45 degrees, the slider shows correctly.
If it can not be fixed: Is it possible to set a fixed background image only on mobile?
I know now how I can switch between different options (pc, laptop, tablet and smartphone) with the slider, but the background image is still a problem.
The problem is that on mobile the screen ratio is totally different so to make the image to have enough height the image width become bigger, what you could do is to disable the full screen option on mobile so the slider can change ratio and the image should be nice.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have other questions.
I looked into the revolution slider documentation (http://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/first-steps/), but I cannot find the specific parameter you mention below. Can yo plese let me know where to set that?
Thanks for the effort. When \'custom grid size\' is off the background image still shows the same as in the screenshot of this ticket. It would be great if it shows the same as on a computer screen.
It seems that the only solution is to create 2 different slider and make the desktop version hidden on mobile and the mobile version to be only shown on mobile version.
So if you want to do this there is an easy option on our theme, it would be to create a row with 2 columns 1/1 + 1/1 and put 1 slider in each column, then edit the column responsive design and change the first one which contains the desktop slider to be hidden on mobile, and the second column to be hidden on all devices except mobile.
The row that contains the 2 sliders need to be set with full width content and with a top, bottom margin and padding of 0 px.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have other questions or need more information.
I figured out one more step: Width of the column should be set to 12 (= 1/1).
Looks like it works! I created a new slider with one specific image for a mobile. Then I followed your steps below (did not know that was even possible :-) and BAM! Looks much greater on a mobile now!
Thanks for all the help. Tomorrow I am visiting the customer, hope they are as happy as I am :-)
Oops, looks like my macbook air now shows 2 sliders below eachother. While 1 slider is configured for 3 screens and the other slider only for mobile. How can I solve this?
I added a screenshot of what I see on my macbook air. I cleared my browsers history for the last 4 weeks. The screenshot shows 2 sliders below eachother.
Unfortunately there is still an issue with the slider. Both in Safari and Chrome, on a macbook air, when manually making the browser smaller at a certain moment 2 sliders appear below eachother.
Can you please check this? See attached screenshot.
It was a problem with the cache, we made the modifications to the main theme media-queries_wide.css file but it seems that the website didn\'t update the cache, we switch to main theme then child theme again and now it should be working fine.
Make sure to make the customers ctrl + f5 the page to be sure their browser cache is also cleared.

Hello again,
In fact it seems that I was wrong, when using the full screen mode you can only edit the grid size : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4U2I7SLFLQYSVg0cmtFdy04a0E/view?usp=drivesdk
Using other mode the background will fit to the grid size but it seems that in full screen this won\'t work.
We will ask the revolution slider team support if there is a way to change this.

Hi,
These are the versions:
Chrome version: 48.0.2552.0 dev (64 bit)
OS: OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5 - I updated today to OS X El capitan. No difference...
Maybe, as you can login in the website, can check if I missed a configurationsetting?

Hi,
I am afraid I do not understand.
What I do not understand is that I cannot reproduce the situation anymore. Did you guys change something? Or was it still something in the cache?
I will ask my customer to check if the problem disappeared with her too.

Richard
