If you want to remove the button of the price tables this is possible but the code you need will change depending the type of pricetables you are using.
I want to remove the button from all price table types; the removal does not concern only one table type. How can this be achieved? Will you send me the revised code, and I will inserted into the relevant file, or you will send me instructions on what should be disabled/removed?
On bumping the ticket, a piece feedback from the client perspective if I may: when a reminder is received (as a reply given that the only way to remind you), that should raise the priority of the ticket and not lower it, or at least have the curtesy to inform your clients upfront that a reply to the ticket will lower the priority. lowering the priority just because there is a reply, without taking into account the quality of the reply nor from whom the reply comes from gives an indication to the client (at least to me), is that you only are looking for to give an answer without caring much about who what and when is the reply is sent.

about the pricetables, if you want to remove the button then add this custom css ( thefox > styling options ) :
.pricetable-button-container { display:none; }
For the support forum working system we also noticed ticksy about this but they still didn\'t made any changes.
