The images I have uploaded to my website are appearing degraded in quality. Is there a setting that is causing the images to become downsampled once they are uploaded to the site?
I\'m not referring to the image size or any page in particular. All of the images that I upload to the theme are being compressed significantly. It is causing the images to look slightly blurry. Is there a way to turn off this compression?
This is really strange, if the thumbnail generated is use in a big place, the image will take all the width and maybe more big than the original size, this will make the image blurry, but if you upload a big image and use it full width it should looks good.
Do you have an example of blurry image, can you give us a link.

If the problem is the shop thumbnail, you can change the default thumbnail size from woocommerce > settings > products > display
