I'm aware that you don't do customization so I just need you to tell me what files i need to edit to change the hover effects? I will do the change my self I just need to know what files to edit.
My plan is to remove the link to the project and change the magnifying glass icon to link to an iframe with a site inside of it instead of a photo. I can remove the link with display:none but how can i change the link source of the magnify glass?
It depends if you are using the load more navigation or no navigation or classic navigation.
If you are using the load more navigation you will have to modify the ajax-handlers.php file ( functions folder ) if you are not then the rd_portfolio.php file ( functions/rd_shortcodes ).
Search for portfolio_desc and port_img_link or port_post_link, I think this is where you want to make modifications.
