I'm trying to create a particular style that is used on your Trending design. Screenshot attached.
Basically, I need 2 columns, the left with text, and the right with a full photo. The photo needs to fill the space with no margins. Ive tried using background images set to "cover", within the column, and within the row.
Things are getting all messed up and not sure where to start again. It seems like it should be so simple...
To do something like this you will need a photo that fit the ratio of the column, and use it as column background set to cover, to have the photo uncut ( width or height ) is almost impossible since the column ratio will change depending the browser ratio.
Also make sure to use the "Full width content" row type.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.
Alright. That seems to have done the trick. Unfortunately now it has forced my text box content all the way to the left. (attachment)
Can I have the left alignment match the container? Like in your template example? I can add in some padding, but that will go wonky with the browser ratios.
What you can do is add padding to the column using % for example 10% or create different rows for the different browser size, when editing a column you can select if you want it to show or not depending the screen size.
Create different row to show depending on the screen size is the best way to have everything look the way you want.
Hello again.

Can you direct me to where I should be looking?

How to Update your Theme
Guys,
I am trying to do the same and seems I am missing something.
Please see attached file. Is this correct? Why I don't see the image on my page?

Hm, would appreciate much if you describe in details how to set this block up and share screenshots. I am completely confused.
Hello Slava,
I am sorry but can you post this question in one of your private ticket.
Also if you want to do this you will need to use a full width content row.
If you could explain exactly what kind of layout you are trying to create, also if you have a link to our demo it would be nice
Waiting for your reply in one of your ticket.
Regards
