Hi, I need to upload my own icons and not use predefined icons. On other issues with which I have worked, it gives you the option to select an icon of the already installed fonts (default) or choose an image from the media library for use as an icon.
Unfortunately the module that use the icon can't use image or custom icon, the only way to use an image instead of the default icon font is to set an icon that you will never use and then add custom css to replace the icon with your own image or icon.

It depends the icon you are using,
You need to make a right click and see the icon class you are using, then you can add custom css to the icon class to put the image as a background.
