I am using the OnePage design and have the menu set up with anchors to certain spots within the page. It works great.
Now I need to have a second page with all our Privacy Policies - it is too long to have on the homepage. What I want to do is have the menu links to have the smooth transition on the homepage, and keep the anchor points when jumping from page 2.
I have tried filling in the full http://www.webpage#anchor address - which works when coming from Page 2. But when on the Homepage, using the full address loses the smooth scroll and instead reloads the page.

Hello Brad,
Did you set the onepage page to the onepage template?
If you have set the onepage page to use the onepage template then you can create and set a special menu for the onepage page.
Then for the external page ( privacy policies ) set a menu that use the full link.
