I want to translate the checkout and cart pages of the FOX theme from english to dutch
I have found the EN.PO/MO files in the languages folder, I have translated the .PO file to dutch (nl_NL) and uploaded them to the specific folder. My wordpress language is "dutch" but the specific pages are not translated.
For my webshop it is very important to change the language, I'm getting a lot of complaints. Many thanks for the quick reply as always. Great support.

can you please send us the po file.
Also what version of the theme are you using?
Maybe the part your are trying to translate are the part of the woocommerce file ( which would need to be translated from the plugins https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-localization/ )
