I hope i am missing something but when i do the demo import all the pages are there but none of the Demo Images. Is it that the images aren't included in the theme like some other themes or am i missing something?
The images used in the demo are replaced by placeholder because of the images copyrights. Before Envato didn't check the demo content so old theme demo import has images but all new themes are checked and we need to remove the images.
