I found a problem navigating on my theFox based website on Windows phone. I've enabled responsive design from the general settings, but the website don't load on windows phone. The page load very slow then internet explorer crash down. I've tried with another browser but same problem. Instead if i use IOS, everything is Ok.
Another question is about Woocommerce's shortcodes for visual composer. I've got three products section in home: two category products section and a general product section. In this last one i use Woocommerce product shortcode and i have a beautiful products slider while for the first two woocommerce category list there is not the product slider but only a static list. There is some way to create a kind of product category slider?
Yes, the other ticket is ok, the problem was solved. I didn't know I had to close the tickets once they're solved, sorry for that!
About my actual problem, I used the standard browser (edge, latest version), in both windows phone 10 on lumia 640 (I don't have the exactly the version of software because it was not my phone) and windows 8.1 (lumia denim, if you need it I can attach a screenshot with all info) on both lumia 735 and 925. On 8.1 WP we tried also with another browser (UC browser, latest version) and the site crashes in the same way.
On iOS (both iphone and ipad) and android (both tablet and smartphones, samsung, asus, LG and so on) it works without big issues.
I didn't try to disable the plugins because I need them to run the website. To exclude a plugin compatibility problem I tried to open "TheFox" live preview on themeforest and the page gives me the exact same problem (only on Windows Phone, clearly), it crashes and gets back to whatever page was opened before (in this specific case themeforest.net). That's why I thought about a theme problem that can be helpful maybe to other users too, especially in Italy where Windows Phone has a good share of the market.
About the slider, yes, that was exactly what I did. My issue is that the method you just told me works only for the "recents" and "featured" selection. The "recent" option, just gives me a slider with the latest products I loaded on my store, and that's not what I need. The "featured" option lets me create just one single personalized slider, I check the "featured" option on a product and it goes inside the "featured" slider, and that's toally ok. But I need to personalize at least 2 other categories of goods I want in a slider. Can you please explain me how to create a slider for a specific category of product? (for example: "vegetables" or "shoes" or "jackets" or "whatever")

What is the browser you are using in with Windows phone?
Can you please tell us the version etc.
Also if you disable all the additional plugin you are using, do you still have problem?
For the woocommerce if you want to create a product slider you can use our custom module :
Woocommerce product, it should be between Raw JS module and Revolution slider module
