Any idea why this looks so inconsistent? Only some images are showing up, even though ALL posts have a featured image with them

Hello Dave,
Please go edit the posts and see if you have the post option of the slider set to yes :

Then update the posts, this should make the featured image to show up

Awesome, thank you. Is there a way to do that in bulk or do i need to do it one by one?
