It looks like the menu (header/nav) are showing up twice at:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1035px)

The main header is showing up at the top, but it's also showing the sticky header below the footer at the same time.

This seems to only be a problem when the page content is shorter than the viewport.

However, another problem is that at the same screen widths, when the content goes beyond the viewport, I am not able to scroll all the way down the page. Once it gets to the footer, it starts acting weird/jumpy: http://davisny2.wpengine.com/contact-us/ (e.g., view this at a resolution of 900w x 800h).

I am using:

• Header layout type 18
• Sticky Header
• Shrink Header on scroll
• Center logo

For the jumpy/scroll problem, I am using Chrome. It happens on the contact page: http://davisny2.wpengine.com/contact-us/

The issue is most noticeable in Chrome. The page starts jumping once you try to scroll to the bottom footer bar. It also happens on IE11. On FireFox and Edge, I simply can't scroll to the bottom footer bar. It won't let me scroll to see it. 

I think it has something to do with the double header, since it happens at the same between the same widths: (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1035px)

The first part of me is using the scroll bar to scroll to the footer. You can see once I get to the bottom, it won't let me scroll down any further. So I can't get to the bottom footer bar. Then I try using the mouse scroll wheel to scroll down. That's when the jumping occurs. But the main issue is that I can't get to the bottom footer bar between the mentioned screen widths.

Any update on this?

View that page at 1040px. The header menu doesn't remain sticky, and causes the bottom to jump around, when scrolled to the bottom.

This is actually happening on all of the pages...

It seems to have something to do with the 1035px media queries, combined with the scrollbar width. When the page has a scrollbar, it basically shrinks the viewport by 17px wide. 

Essentially, the header isn't working properly between 1036px and 1052px (1035px + 17px = 1052px). Because the scrollbar isn't staying fixed at those widths -- due to the actual viewport width being less than 1035px (when scrollbar is there).
