I was wondering if there is a way to access the text for the shortcodes, or if there is a cheat-sheet.
I ask this because I could use this outside of a situation where I am using VC. For example, I often use Contact Form 7 to place objects across a number of pages, using one shortcode rather than copying a bunch of content across all pages, then if I update something it will go site wide.
I am not sure what you want to do, but if you want to see only the shortcode of one of the module the easiest way to do this is to go and create a new page, then just use the module you want to use.
Then switch to classic mode and select the wordpress text mode.
You will be able to see the shortcode you need to use.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.
I'm so dumb, I didn't even think about using classic mode to do that.
There are currently some default short codes accessible through text blocks (drop caps and the other text based ones) are you looking to add more non-text ones in there?
I imagine that I will be adding a lot of shortcodes to blog posts, which as far as i can tell doesn't have the VC building blocks that normal pages do. Would be slightly more preductive than copy pasting from classic mode.
Thanks for the advice though! That solves the issue.
Hi Support,

Is this something that is available?
Thanks

Hello David,
In fact you can also add the visual composer to your blog post.
Go to Visual composer > Role editor and make sure the "Post" checkbox is checked.
Then click saves changes, then you will be able to use the visual composer for your posts.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.
