In fact it's only for the blog / portfolio / staff module ( the one loaded with ajax ) you may not be able to see the module load correctly when using the front end editor, we was worried that some of the customer would be confused so we preferred to disable it by default.
You can activate it if needed.

We disabled it by default because some of our module use ajax and doesn't load correctly when set from the front end editor.
To activate the front end editor you need to go edit the theme file vc-functions.php ( thefox/functions folder ) and remove this line :
vc_disable_frontend(); // this will disable frontend editor
This will enable the frontend.
