I purchased the Fox theme some time ago March 31/2016. I had a developer set up a staging site for me and upload the theme (www.staging.litcom.ca). My question is, where can i get all those page options that are showing on the URL above http://thefoxwp.com/ - for example, when you hover over the 'Home' menu you can see 28 home page options. (landing 1, landing 2, creative 1 creative 2 etc.) Same with the rest of the menu - each sub menu has different page set ups (Multiple About us, Services, About me, Our Team, Team Member, Contact pages, Example pages, etc. ). I would love to have those so I could use them as templates to build my site. Are these available? My developer uploaded the Business theme, so right now i just have six page options from that theme.

All those pages are in the "Classic demo", if you import the classic demo you will be able to use those pages.
You can do this from Thefox > Demo importer.
