We have some problem with parallax feature in "The fox" theme with EDGE browser.
We arrange our pages to have background image transition to black and white while scrolling down page, but in EDGE all images are fixed and parallax effect seem don't work. It works great in Chrome, Firefox and also in IE although there are little lags on scrolling.
What can we check in order to have parallax work in EDGE ?
This is the problem in the latest version of Edge and Firefox the parallax doesn't work well, in our latest theme version we changed the parallax effect to an other plugin, if you update the theme this problem should be fixed.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.
Using the latest version of our theme you should be able to use the default "Visual composer" parallax effect, we replaced the one we were using by the parallax effect included in the visual composer.
Using the Visual composer parallax should fix the problem with Edge and Firefox.

Unfortunately, no. I've updated to TheFox v 2.021 and here's what I've found:
The extreme zoom in of the background issue with Edge and Firefox's parallax is in fact gone BUT at a sacrifice to the perceived Parallax effect on not only Edge and Firefox but Chrome as well. Of course, that's because it's set at the default 1.5 parallax speed. The issue is that if I go to increase the parallax speed, the background begins to be excessively zoomed in on as the value of parallax speed increases, which is very similar to the issue that we saw pre-update on Edge and Firefox. So now you can't make out any of the background BUT the parallax speed and depth is that of what TheFox v 1.XX had when viewing parallax on Chrome.
I have tested all of the combinations in VC. (Image in parallax section, image in background section. Background in cover, constrain or no repeat. High 4k file or 1920x1080)
There's a flaw in the code for visual composer, you can see in this video how zoomed in the background becomes which is fine when it's an abstract indistinguishable background.
If there was a product or people there where frame of reference was important then it's completely ruined. I would suggest going back to the old parallax plugin. That one at least worked on one browser when parallax was distinguishable. Now it's either indistinguishable parallax or extreme zoom on all browsers.
SIDE NOTE: I'm also seeing issues with "Full Height Row" exceeding the height of the viewport significantly.
We know about the parallax effect of visual composer not working really well because of the zoom effect that is done on the images, we are looking for a new parallax function to use and we hope to be able to change it soon.
For the full height row the problem is probably the fixed header height not being calculated, Also could you please create a new ticket so we can verify your purchase and support

So I guess this hasn't been fixed yet? Edge and Firefox aren't reading this code properly:
"<div class="parallax_bg parallax_fixed"
Edge and Firefox are acting the same way Chrome does when Parallax type is set to "Cover" in visual composer
Please advise on status of issue fix. I can't buy this theme for my clients anymore as parallax is a huge component of all design now.
