    Hello Ya'll,

I have multiple TheFox licenses and I recommend this theme to peers of mine. Your latest update caused a great deal of stress for me. The Rev Sliders doesn't display on the front end and the line spacing is needless to say, not what I had it set to before the update!!! I have to go through each and every installation that contains this theme, and fix this "slip-up" of yours. I'm hearing reports for other issues as well, not good for business.

Hopefully this reaches you and makes an impact. Again, I'm a repeat customer but after this update, I've lost confidence in you and I'm not sure I feel comfortable using TheFox theme for future projects (you guys are great, but remember, there are other developers out there who are just as great). I've been proud to say that I use Elite Author themes like TheFox, but this lack of professionalism in your latest update has faltered that notion. Very upset with your team, and there's a good chance I'll be moving to a new theme now. Just wanted to let you know, so you know.

    Thanks

    Hello Josh,

Thanks a lot for using our theme multiple times.

In fact the update we fixed a problem, the line height settings from typography was not working in our previous version, we fixed this bug and now the line-height of your site are using the one set from

    Thefox > Typography.

For the Revolution slider, this is a bug they had in their new version 5.0, and they made an update the day after we update Thefox, now the theme include the new version 5.0.2, using this version the Revolution slider should start to work correctly.

Do not hesitate to re-contact us if you have other issues or any feedback that could boost our theme.

Thanks again for using Thefox and for reaching us.

    Regards

    Hello,

To avoid these update mishaps, should I wait on updating the theme/plugins? If so, how long should I wait?

Is there a forum or feed of yours that I can tap into, where I'll receive a heads-up for bad updates?

    Thanks!

    Hello Josh,

For the Typography options, this is a miss from our team, the option that was not working has been updated an people that didn't change the default line-height value ( 14px ) to something higher ( 24-30px is what most site use ) had a bad result updating our theme, this is an easy thing to fix from the typography panel but when you have a lot of site it's turn into a long task, we have received complain about this from other customers too.

We are sincerely sorry about this.

For the Slider Revolution, the problem is that the bug has been found the next day we updated the theme, on our test server we didn't had the problem, this bug seems to only affect some person depending on the server settings.

Before updating the theme and plugins you may want to wait a little, 2~3 days.

Our team always debug the theme and search for error when we make an update but sometimes it happens that we miss little things or worse that bug don't happen on our tests server but will happen on customers server because of different settings.

If you have more questions or need heads up you can contact our team on this forum.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions.

    Have a nice day!

    Regards.
