I am creating list of partners, there is only one option to add external link to partner, also when viewing the partner there is only title and big featured photo.
is there a way to little modify the layout of partner view, at least minimize the photo size and add some description to the partner.
For the Staff i am facing no issue, I am talking about the "Partners", I activated Visual composer but there is no field in the Partner to add any text only one link.
The issue is that when you hit view on the partner post it is showing non formated post, the same link is accessable through google search for visitors. is there a way to make partner post links not viewable.
This is not possible unfortunately, but if you don't have a direct link on the site there is few chances that the custom posts link will be registered in google.
Use a simple name for the partners posts.
If the user don't know the posts links no one should be able to reach the partners posts page.

Hello Yazan,
You can use the visual composer to create the staff page content.
You can also remove the automatically generated photo and staff data from the page, go edit the the staff post and scroll down to :
Staff member option
then change
Show Automatically generated content?
to No
If the visual composer is not enable for the Staff post go to
Visual composer > Role manager and change the "Post types" to custom, and check the staff check box.

I am sorry the partners posts are not supposed to be reached directly.
What you can do is :
- Create a new page, use the visual composer to set the page like you want ( to present your partner )
- Then go edit the partner post and use the link of the page you created in the link field.
